Delivery
the pixel bar aims to dispatch all orders within 10 working days of confirmation that your order has been accepted. You will be informed by e-mail once your goods have been dispatched.
Our UK mainland deliveries are usually by overnight carrier or first class recorded delivery. Orders can arrive any time up until 5pm on your allocated delivery day. We cannot specify a time of delivery. Any changes to delivery details must be made before 12.00pm two day's before your delivery.

Customs
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
the pixel bar may supply a Customs Label containing a brief descrption, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.

Returns
the pixel bars products are customised to your specifications, therefore, we can only accept the return of products in their original condition, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or suffer from a manufacturing defect. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to return goods that have been damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, to notify us of any problems. We will happily replace the item as soon as possible. Please contact us at order@thepixelbar.co.uk if you have any questions regarding our Returns Policy.

Term and Conditions
1. Terms and conditions apply to all orders. Placing an order with The Pixel Bar is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image in the photograph you submit and that you have, where necessary, obtained permission for it to be reproduced.
3. The Pixel Bar may refuse to reproduce a photo if we feel that you do not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if it is in any other way inappropriate.
4. Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is deemed offensive, indecent or obscene, when other authorities will be notified.
5. You will be subject to costs or damages to The Pixel Bar that may occur should the reproduction of any image breaches any other person's copyright, privacy or rights in any way.
6. The Pixel Bar will accept liability for damage caused to your image by our negligence only.
7. The Pixel Bar have the right to use your completed image for display or promotional purposes only (if requested).
8. Photo and image reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be an exact reproduction.
9. We try to complete orders as quick as possible, but if your order is date dependent (gifts etc.) please allow plenty of time.
10.Prices set out on this web-site are valid at our retail outlet, however any web promotions can not be price matched at The Pixel Bar unit.
11.A refund of any item is only subjected if the quality of print is not upto the high standard of The Pixel Bar.
12. A refund period is only one week, from purchase date.
